Step By Step Returns Process
Step 1
Notify us of the return
Use the form above to initiate a return or refund. We aim to reply to all requests within 48 hours. Requests made over the weekend are answered on Monday or Tuesday.
Step 2
Wait for authorisation & pack securely
Once authorised, pack your item securely and include your name and order number. Post to: NAK LIFE Returns, (Your order number), 23 Jowett st, Oldham, OL1 4JQ.
Step 3
Use a reputable courier service
We recommend Royal Mail tracked service (book at send.royalmail.com). Select correct insurance for your item, include your address as the return address, and keep your tracking number.
Step 4
Post your return
Track your parcel through the courier network. Items remain your responsibility until confirmed received by us. Replacements are processed once items are received back.
Step 5
Refund processed
Refunds are processed through your original payment method once returned items are confirmed received. Once received, returns take 3–5 days to clear through our returns procedure.
