All parcels are sent by express courier to ensure the highest level of service and tracking information for peace of mind and a reduction in lost parcels.
How It Works

Order Placed
Confirmation sent immediately. Orders are processed Monday–Friday.

Dispatch
Same or next working day where possible. During peak periods, no more than a 2-day dispatch window.

Courier Handover
DPD for parcels under 30kg. DX Freight for filled punchbag deliveries over 30kg.

Delivery
Mainland UK next day; Northern Ireland and offshore 2–5 working days. Full tracking provided.

- •We cannot deliver filled punchbags to Northern Ireland.
- •Business addresses require your EORI and UKIMS numbers for customs clearance.
